Bakso is popular food in Indonesia. Bakso or Baso is a type of food that spherical and made from meat. Usually Baso made from a mixture of tapioca flour with meat. The meat that used is ground beef, chicken, fish or shrimp. In Indonesia, the presentation of Baso different depending on the type of food but usually servet with beef broth, noodles, or vermicelli, bean sprouts or eggs. Usually also added with fried onion and celery.
